Plan Development with SchoolsGoodwill will participate with students, their parents/guardians and educators in the development of the Individualized Education Plan (IEP) by providing key information in achieving the ultimate goal of employment. Plan Development with StudentsWe work with students 14 to 21 years of age in developing realistic career goals. In their last two years of high school, we connect them with local businesses and adult community resources. Matching Students and EmployersTo maximize a successful job match, students may participate in community job exploration such as paid work assessments and job shadowing. |
