Community Focus
Currently there are large gaps in vocational programs and job readiness services. The Goodwill Learning Lab will provide easily accessible vocational programs and job readiness services to help individuals acquire skills needed to enhance employability and build generational wealth.
Employee Focus
There is a need for additional training and support for our employees both professionally and personally.
The Goodwill Learning Lab will provide digital skills, Goodwill technology, financial wellness and job readiness training to upskill our employees and help them move up the career ladder at Goodwill and beyond, resulting in the creation of generational wealth.
Goodwill Learning Lab Details
The mobile learning lab is a 24-foot trailer (8-foot high and wide) pulled by an F-250 truck. The lab will provide:
- Job Search Assistance
- Job Readiness Training
- Digital Literacy
- Financial Wellness
- Five Computer Workstations
- Virtual Reality Headsets
- TV Monitors
- Wi-Fi Access
- Climate Controlled Environment
- Wheelchair Access
