Employment : Community Based Work Assessment

Our first step is to understand an individual's goals, skills and interests. Through information gathered during situational assessments, job shadowing and other community based activities in local employment settings we help the individual develop a customized employment plan.

Currently, we offer this service primarily to individuals in Berks, Bucks, Chester, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lancaster, Montgomery, Perry and Schuylkill counties.
