Goodwill offers numerous services to businesses in the community.
From labor fulfillment to document imagining and shredding -
Goodwill has a service that will meet your needs.

“Fulfilling
your casual labor needs with excellence!”
Goodwill
provides local and national companies a place to outsource volume
packaging, assembly and light manufacturing jobs without hiring
additional staff or securing additional warehouse space. Our casual
labor services include performing work in our Lancaster and Harrisburg
work centers or sending supervised work crews to our customers’
facilities.
Our
reputation for high quality work, completed on time, has opened
the doors to fulfilling hundreds of contracts for area businesses
annually.

Fixed
cost pricing: Your labor cost is fixed on a per unit basis.
This eliminates the variable swings associated with traditional
temporary workers.
Fast
quotes: We are sensitive to the fact that your business has
a deadline to meet. Once you contact us and tell us the details
of your job, we will quickly provide a quote to you, usually within
the same day.

is proud to have earned an award winning reputation for our contract

it on time, to your specifications.

Cost-Effective and Risk Free: Goodwill
Industries assumes the legal responsibility as the employer for

Fulfillment: Order fulfillment operations provide customers
the ability to have short run orders processed, packaged and shipped.
In addition,
we can provide the staff and facilities to provide for the inspection
and rework of customer products that have been rejected for cause.
This allows material to flow back into their normal material flow
without hiring additional staff or disruption.
Orders
processed have ranged in size from several cartons per week to thousands
of items per week shipped as part of a JIT operation with a large
national corporation.
Shipping
method can be arranged depending on the quantity and destination
requirements of the order. We currently ship via common carrier,
customer transport, UPS or our own trucks.
