High school students have a look all their own and being a 40-something mom, I try not to get in my daughter\u2019s way when it comes to style. When she finds pieces she loves at Goodwill I\u2019m happy to buy them for her.<\/p>\n

She\u2019s a fan of comic books and Doctor Who and looks for these designs at Goodwill. This back to school look started with the black and gold Batman DC Comic t-shirt.\"BlogHS3\" <\/a>She paired it up with skinny burgundy jeggings from Gap, which would have been about $70 when new. The color is a nice change of pace from blue or black jeans.\"BlogHS2\" <\/a><\/p>\n

But, her amazing find is theVolcom \u201cGo Figure\u201d print boots. \"BlogHS1\" <\/a>These had never even been worn. After some research we found out that \u201cVolcom is a lifestyle brand that designs, markets, and distributes boardsports-oriented products. The company primarily produces clothing, footwear, accessories, and related products for young men and women.\u201d She was thrilled with these unique boots and new they would have retailed for about $160! She will be on the lookout for more pieces from this company.<\/p>\n

Her small leather backpack was discovered at the Goodwill Outlet and while she\u2019ll need something bigger for her books, she uses this for her necessities.\"BlogHS4\" <\/a><\/p>\n

As a mom on a budget, I appreciate that affordable clothing and accessories from Goodwill lets my kids\u2019 style shine through while I\u2019m getting a good deal on their back to school needs and am supporting my community.<\/p>\n
