Customer Guidelines

To return, the following items are required by all customers:

  • Merchandise must have attached tags
  • An original receipt dated within 7 days of the purchase
  • Merchandise must be returned to the same Goodwill store in which it was purchased

Cash and Check Payment:

If you purchased the returned merchandise with cash or check, you have the option of exchanging the item OR receiving a Goodwill gift card for the amount of the return.

Credit Card Payment:

If you purchased the returned merchandise with a credit card, you will receive a refund on your credit card.

Consumer Product Safety

Goodwill makes every effort to comply with governmental recall notices regarding consumer products. Goodwill does not independently test for lead or other contaminants in consumer products. All Goodwill merchandise is sold "as-is" with all faults.
