Internet Site Terms & Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By using this site, you agree to
these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use this site.
Ordering:
- We accept orders on line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Orders purchased directly at Goodwill at Homefields Farm must be within normal business
hours: Thursday 3-7pm, Friday 11am-7pm or Sat: 9am-1pm.
- Orders via telephone outside of normal business should be left on the voicemail system
and calls will be returned.
- Orders need to be made by Monday, December 7. Gift boxes will begin shipping on Friday,
December 11 for arrival in time for the holiday season.
- When completing your order form, please ensure you provide us with correct details of the recipient.
Inaccuracy may result in delivery delays. We do not accept responsibility for late or non-delivery if
this occurs.
- We do not send gift boxes to PO Boxes.
- If Gift Boxes are going to different addresses, please state this on the order form or contact
us directly. If the order is placed online, the buyer needs to place separate orders for each shipping address.
Refunds and Cancellations:
- Cancellations or alterations to orders must be made within 24 hours of order placement.
- At Goodwill at Homefields Farm we will not accept return of goods without prior approval.
Refunds are only applicable if the products were damaged or faulty.
- All returns must be made in writing 7 days of receiving your order. Please include the reason for return.
Merchandise must be returned with proper packaging and in good condition. Used merchandise is non-returnable.
Unless there is an error on our part, the customer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns.
Privacy:
- We guarantee that your personal details will remain confidential and will not be passed on to any other party.
