Goodwill provides assessment services to individuals and local businesses to determine the skills needed to ensure a successful work relationship.  Assessments are designed to help determine careers goals and identify support services that may be needed.

We use an assortment of formal and informal programs to evaluate an individual’s strengths and weaknesses in order to build a customized career plan.

Assessment services may include the McCarron Dial Work Evaluation System, Interest Inventories, Situational and Community-Based Assessments.

Community Based Work Assessments (CBWA)
Community Based Work Assessments are provided to

individuals who desire to explore a particular job or industry.

Please note, based on the individuals interests, the number of areas and length of assessment will vary.
