Workforce Development Program Services

  • 3,563 people received life-changing services from Goodwill Keystone Area
  • 318 senior citizens with employment barriers received paid training
  • 224 people received paid training in the Summer Youth Program

Donated Goods and Retail Program Services

  • 432 people received paid training and work experience in the donated goods and Business Services Programs
  • 38 stores and donation centers in 22 Pennsylvania counties
  • 2.55 million shoppers
  • 822,469 donors
  • 10.36 million lbs. of clothing were reused by Goodwill
  • 34,545 items sold on shopgoodwill.com, Goodwill’s Internet auction site
  • 338,638 lbs. of computers recycled through the Dell Reconnect program

Business Services Program Services

  • 432 people received paid training and work experience in the donated goods and Business Services Programs
  • 1.1 million lbs. of documents were shredded and recycled
  • 6,810 laser cartridges were remanufactured

Goodwill Services, Inc.

  • 61 individuals with severe disabilities received paid employment experiences
  • 1.41 million square feet serviced through custodial contracts
